Mindfulness into your routine
What is mindFulNess?
Mindfulness is moment-to-moment awareness. Originally a Buddhist concept, the basic philosophy of mindfulness is self-awareness. Mindfulness establishes a heightened sense of awareness of yourself and your environment. You are very aware of your thoughts and feelings, but you do not react or judge them. You become free from your tendency to have a quick emotional response.
mindfulness in life and work
Is it possible to thrive, rather than flounder, in the work environment? The workplace for example can be a fast-paced, stressful environment.
The key may lie with mindfulness – gently noticing what is going on for us, in the present moment, without passing judgment.
