Courage to keep going
Believe in yourself and all that you are, know that there is something inside you that is greater than any obstacle.

The thought of courage
Who are you without your accolades?
What matters most to you?
What would be the hardest thing (physical) for you to give up?
What will you do even though you are afraid?
We often dismiss our level of courageousness or at times feel overwhelmed and wonder if there is any point continuing with a goal. Especially during the waves of lockdown, we had felt uncertain. But we’ve embraced change when it’s easier to remain in our comfort zone. We seek out the truth even when we know it’s going to be painful. We speak our mind kindly, even though others may disagree with us.
courage is contagious
It may not be monumentally brave challenges we face but we can never underestimate the power of small, especially when outside your comfort zone.
Courage is a habit, a muscle you can exercise. Most of us aren’t born courageous, so we shouldn’t expect to magically acquire it without practice. Like learning to swim by swimming.
Life shrinks or expands in proportion to your courage

Learn to attend to positive signals and to discount negative ones. Many of us have a “negativity bias” that causes us to pay more attention to disapproval than to positive reinforcement. Be aware of this, and gently steer your mind to the positive side.
Finding role models of courageous people. I work with courageous people on a daily basis. Every time I begin to work with new people, I am always struck by their motivation and strength to make changes in their life. Having worked with so many different people over the years, there is one constant about the people who make change in their life: being vulnerable is the recipe for growth.
No ones journey is aLonE
We all face trials and challenges and we all need each other. No one journey is created alone. We can inspire each other.
What acts of courage inspire you most?
